le funzioni aziendali faticano ad allinearsi?<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><em>I rapporti lavorativi tra reparti, a volte, ricalcano le stesse dinamiche che ritroviamo nelle relazioni interpersonali: un orticello personale legato al proprio equilibrio, la necessit\u00e0 di mantenere il controllo della situazione e la difficolt\u00e0 di instaurare un dialogo su una base comune.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A livello aziendale, possiamo tradurlo con:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attivit\u00e0 gestite a silos per centro di competenza;<\/li>\n<li>Volont\u00e0 di non avere intromissioni nella propria routine lavorativa;<\/li>\n<li>Apparato tecnologico non in grado di supportare la messa a fattor comune dei dati e delle conoscenze acquisite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poniamo il caso tipico di un\u2019azienda B2B di medie o grandi dimensioni \u2013 discretamente strutturata \u2013 che veda al suo interno un<strong> reparto Marketing<\/strong>, un <strong>reparto Vendite<\/strong> e un <strong>reparto Service e Customer Care dedicato al post vendita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nella migliore delle ipotesi \u2013 a met\u00e0 e alla fine dell\u2019anno \u2013 i team Sales e Marketing si ritroveranno seduti allo stesso tavolo lanciandosi accuse reciproche:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cHai generato dei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/migliorare-lead-management-con-marketing-automation\/\"><strong>lead che mi hanno fatto perdere tempo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d dir\u00e0 la forza commerciale;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cNon hai preso in carico i lead generati e<strong> non mi hai dato feedback migliorativi sulle campagne<\/strong>\u201d risponder\u00e0 l\u2019ufficio \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che venga interrogata sull\u2019andamento dell\u2019anno, sul numero delle richieste evase, sull\u2019assistenza e che venga <strong>coinvolta marginalmente<\/strong> nella gestione di processi e progetti di business.<\/p>\n<p>Eppure, <strong>ognuno di questi reparti<\/strong> opera con il principale <strong>scopo di generare entrate per l\u2019azienda<\/strong> e incamera una serie di <strong>informazioni su clienti e prospect<\/strong> conservate gelosamente all\u2019interno del proprio \u201ccassetto\u201d, che sia un CRM, un ERP, un gestionale, un foglio Excel o una piattaforma per la Marketing Automation.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-allineare-i-reparti-sales-marketing-e-service\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Allineare i reparti Sales, Marketing e Service<\/h2>\n<p>Se volessimo essere pessimisti potremmo dire che<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/allineare-le-funzioni-marketing-e-sales-con-l-inbound-marketing\/\"><strong> in molte aziende non c\u2019\u00e8 comunicazione strategica tra i vari team<\/strong><\/a>, ma se vogliamo essere pi\u00f9 oggettivi bisogna dire che le attivit\u00e0 si basano sulla pianificazione annuale degli obiettivi e sulla restituzione di un set di dati modellati a seconda delle esigenze del momento.<br \/>\nLo spaccato che ne emerge racconta una visione parziale del business e mette in luce le seguenti zone d\u2019ombra:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Come <strong>sfruttare le informazioni<\/strong> del post vendita per <strong>migliorare il prodotto\/servizio<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Attraverso quali <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/come-il-sales-puo-usare-il-lead-scoring-per-lavorare-sui-contatti-caldi\/\">parametri <strong>qualificare il lead<\/strong> affinch\u00e9 sia sufficientemente caldo<\/a> <strong>per la forza commerciale<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quali dati ha a disposizione il commerciale<\/strong> e che non condivide con il post vendita e viceversa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Immaginiamo di <strong>abbattere progressivamente queste barriere<\/strong> e trovare una <strong>lingua comune per far
