Ma perch\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/design\/customer-experience-nel-2022-su-cosa-investire\/\"><strong>Customer Experience<\/strong><\/a> sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 cruciale nei modelli di business delle aziende?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>La Customer Experience (CX) pu\u00f2 essere definita come <strong>l&#8217;insieme di tutte le esperienze che il cliente vive durante tutto il suo percorso di interazione con l\u2019azienda<\/strong>. La somma di queste interazioni \u2013 tramite i diversi touchpoints \u2013 <strong>crea delle percezioni<\/strong>, emozioni e considerazioni nelle persone e che<strong> possono incidere sulla competitivit\u00e0 dell\u2019azienda<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Per esperienza non si intende solo il momento di acquisto, ma<strong> tutti i momenti in cui i clienti entrano in contatto con l\u2019azienda<\/strong>. Con la <strong>digitalizzazione<\/strong> non solo i touchpoints si sono moltiplicati, ma soprattutto sono cambiate le modalit\u00e0 tramite le quali relazionarsi con le aziende. Si d\u00e0 sempre di pi\u00f9 importanza alla <strong>comunicazione bidirezionale<\/strong>, all\u2019<strong>interazione<\/strong>, al <strong>coinvolgimento<\/strong> e alla <strong>personalizzazione dell\u2019offerta<\/strong>. Questo ha cambiato le carte in tavola: a<strong> determinare il valore<\/strong> per il consumatore non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 il semplice prodotto ma <strong>l\u2019esperienza che l\u2019azienda gli fa vivere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto pi\u00f9 questa esperienza \u00e8 positiva tanto <strong>pi\u00f9 aumenta la loyalty<\/strong> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/customer-experience-come-creare-clienti-fedeli\/\">un cliente fidelizzato \u00e8 un cliente che ritorna<\/a>, con un minor tasso di abbandono. Infatti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/marketing-and-sales\/our-insights\/improving-the-business-to-business-customer-experience\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">una ricerca di McKinsey<\/a> ha evidenziato <strong>alcuni effetti benefici relativi ad una CX di qualit\u00e0<\/strong>:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;full_width_background&#8221; bg_image_animation=&#8221;none&#8221; border_type=&#8221;simple&#8221; column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text]Le aziende devono avere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/design\/human-user-centered-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>una visione chiara di chi sono i loro clienti e dei loro bisogni<\/strong><\/a>: questo \u00e8 il punto di partenza per la costruzione di una experience unica, <strong>sia nel mercato B2B che nel mercato B2C. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-la-customer-experience-nel-b2b-e-nel-b2c\" class=\"wpig-heading\">La Customer Experience nel B2B e nel B2C<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/sales\/insights\/b2b-buying-journey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La soddisfazione dei clienti B2B si attesta intorno al 50%<\/a>, contro il 65% dei consumatori B2C.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anche se nelle aziende B2B si sta cercando di raggiungere gli stessi livelli di Customer Experience del B2C, i due mercati hanno<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/buyer-persona-e-mindset-come-sfruttarli-nelle-tue-strategie-di-marketing-digitale\/\"><strong> target di riferimento diversi<\/strong><\/a> che richiederanno esperienze differenti: approfondiamo le principali divergenze.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-1-gli-acquisti\" class=\"wpig-heading\">1. Gli acquisti<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Il target B2B \u00e8 impegnato in acquisti pi\u00f9 complessi<\/strong> e di entit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 importante (a livello di quantit\u00e0 e di prezzo): richiede tempi e valutazioni pi\u00f9 lunghe e avr\u00e0 bisogno di una CX che gli fornisca informazioni e contenuti pi\u00f9 tecnici per prendere bene le proprie decisioni, mentre nel mercato<strong> B2C<\/strong> si punta maggiormente ai cosiddetti <strong>acquisti di impulso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-2-i-clienti\" class=\"wpig-heading\">2. I clienti<\/h3>\n<p>Nel mercato <strong>B2C<\/strong> \u00e8 il<strong> consumatore a prendere le sue decisioni in autonomia<\/strong> e ha un <strong>approccio pi\u00f9 empatico ed emotivo<\/strong>. Invece, nel <strong>business market<\/strong> per completare un processo di acquisto vengono <strong>coinvolte diverse figure<\/strong>: dalla produzione alla direzione. Alla base vi \u00e8<strong> un iter pi\u00f9 razionale<\/strong> e operativo per gli acquisti, dovendo rispettare spesso criteri produttivi, tecnici e legali che rendono<strong> pi\u00f9 lunga e complessa la CX. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-3-la-relazione\" class=\"wpig-heading\">3. La relazione<\/h3>\n<p>Nel<strong> B2C gli acquisti sono pi\u00f9 sporadici<\/strong> mentre <strong>nel B2B il rapporto tra vendor e cliente \u00e8 continuativo<\/strong> e richiede pi\u00f9 tempo per instaurare determinati livelli di fiducia.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-4-i-processi\" class=\"wpig-heading\">4. I processi<\/h3>\n<p>Il<strong> target business \u00e8 meno numeroso<\/strong> ma con <strong>un\u2019expertise elevata<\/strong> e richiede dei <strong>processi diversi settore per settore<\/strong>, in quanto utilizzatore di servizi e prodotti specifici. Dunque \u2013 differentemente dal B2C \u2013 non \u00e8 possibile ragionare su un target ampio di persone, bens\u00ec \u00e8 importante <strong>concentrarsi su un panel ben specifico di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/come-definire-una-buyer-persona-efficace-in-7-step\/\">Buyers Personas<\/a><\/strong> e strutturare delle <strong>experience d\u2019uso personali.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stando a queste differenze, \u00e8 chiaro che la <strong>Customer Experience nel B2B \u00e8 molto meno lineare<\/strong> e richiede un alto grado di specializzazione. Per questo motivo, anche il mercato business to business sta iniziando pian piano ad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/design\/user-experience-determinante-sul-mercato-fare-scacco-con-l-usabilita\/\"><strong>affidarsi ai servizi digitali<\/strong><\/a>, adottando siti di e-commerce e portali che offrono<strong> esperienze pi\u00f9 veloci e personalizzate<\/strong> ai clienti aziendali. Per rispondere a queste esigenze, per esempio,<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/digital-transformation\/area-riservata-come-cavalcare-l-avanzata-della-popolazione-digitale\/\"> le aree riservate dei portali<\/a> hanno un elevato contenuto strategico per la fidelizzazione<\/strong>: la loro strutturazione aiuta i clienti a raggiungere i propri obiettivi apportando valore alla relazione. Infatti, la specificit\u00e0 e la complessit\u00e0 delle richieste nel B2B richiedono un\u2019area riservata <em>ad hoc<\/em> per ogni cliente, rispetto a quelle nel B2C che possono essere anche pi\u00f9 standardizzate.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
