Nonostante ci\u00f2, si stima che nel 2025 l\u201980% delle interazioni commerciali B2B avverr\u00e0 su canali digitali. Inoltre, digitalizzazione e blockchain stanno spingendo verso un futuro di de-centralizzazione, in cui la <strong>crescita<\/strong> \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 dipendente dal successo che si riesce ad avere nel <strong>creare una comunit\u00e0 stabile e che si fidi del brand<\/strong> e sempre meno dalle caratteristiche del prodotto o servizio.<\/p>\n<p>Il report<a href=\"https:\/\/media.sproutsocial.com\/uploads\/2020\/05\/2020-Sprout-Social-Index-Deep-Dive.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Sprout Social Index 2020<\/a>, ad esempio, rileva che<strong> l\u201984% degli utenti<\/strong> preferisce <strong>acquistare da brand che segue online<\/strong> e che addirittura il 75% di loro in futuro aumenter\u00e0 la propria spesa a vantaggio di quelle aziende con le quali si \u00e8 creato un rapporto. A prescindere dai motivi che portano a questi numeri, va segnalato che oggi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/digital-marketing\/content-marketing\/#cap-4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">essere presenti e <strong>attivi sui social<\/strong> \u00e8 una condizione irrinunciabile per <strong>guadagnare fiducia e credibilit\u00e0 nell&#8217;era digitale<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Questo significa che, per poter creare valore reale e soprattutto alimentare le interazioni e le connessioni con la propria comunit\u00e0 di utenti, non basta presenziare in modo asettico sui social, limitandosi a pianificare e pubblicare una serie di contenuti, ma serve anche essere<strong> reattivi ed esaustivi nel rispondere alle esigenze<\/strong> degli utenti.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-come-distinguersi-nellera-digitale\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Come distinguersi nell\u2019era digitale<\/h2>\n<p>Distinguersi sui social, per\u00f2, non \u00e8 facile se si considera che il 97% delle piccole imprese prevede gi\u00e0 l\u2019utilizzo di queste piattaforme all\u2019interno delle proprie strategie comunicative. Un altro step preliminare di fondamentale importanza \u00e8 avere ben chiare le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/buyer-persona-e-mindset-come-sfruttarli-nelle-tue-strategie-di-marketing-digitale\/\"><strong>buyer personas<\/strong><\/a> e il loro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/cliente-al-centro-conosci-i-tuoi-utenti-tramite-il-customer-journey\/\"><strong>customer journey<\/strong><\/a>: creare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/digital-marketing\/content-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contenuti di valore<\/a>, infatti, significa anche inquadrarli all\u2019interno di un percorso strutturato e preciso, che permetta di creare valore per tutte le buyer persona individuate e in ogni tappa del processo di conversione.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-costruire-una-social-media-strategy\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Costruire una social media strategy<\/h2>\n<p>Dopo aver condotto un\u2019analisi introduttiva, \u00e8 il momento di <strong>delineare gli obiettivi strategici<\/strong> pi\u00f9 importanti che si vogliono raggiungere tramite l\u2019utilizzo dei social. Pu\u00f2 trattarsi di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/qualificare-i-contatti-tramite-i-contenuti\/\"><strong>lead generation<\/strong><\/a>, per cui ci si orienter\u00e0 verso delle piattaforme che stimolano e facilitano la creazione di gruppi di discussione e di liste di contatti, come ad esempio Linkedin e gli strumenti offerti da Sales Navigator. Oppure l\u2019obiettivo primario pu\u00f2 essere la <strong>brand awareness<\/strong>, per cui ci si orienter\u00e0 verso piattaforme che permettano di dare pi\u00f9 spazio all\u2019espressione dell\u2019identit\u00e0 e dei valori del brand, magari con strumenti multimediali, come YouTube o Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi, oltre agli obiettivi elencati finora, ci sono altri<strong> elementi da definire<\/strong> per poter costruire una<strong> social media strategy<\/strong> quantomeno completa e strutturata:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
