Rispetto al caso precedente, questo progetto ha previsto funzionalit\u00e0 per migliorare il customer service pi\u00f9 orientate alla gestione e all\u2019ottimizzazione dei processi di acquisto, al tracking degli ordini, alla gestione dei resi, alle estensioni di garanzia e molto altro. Inoltre, dato che Palazzetti ha anche una quota di mercato B2C, \u00e8 stata realizzata un\u2019area di gestione di lead privati, attraverso la quale l&#8217;azienda reindirizza ai rivenditori del territorio i contatti di privati che arrivano sul portale.
