column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h2 id=\"stoc-piccola-e-media-impresa-un-grande-valore-in-termini-economici-e-di-know-how\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Piccola e media impresa: un grande valore in termini economici e di know how<\/h2>\n<p>La piccola e media impresa italiana si \u00e8 affermata nel mercato internazionale grazie a fattori altamente competitivi e distintivi che la contraddistinguono: parliamo di know how, capacit\u00e0 progettuale e produttiva e un\u2019elevata personalizzazione di servizi e prodotti per ogni singolo cliente o segmento di mercato.<\/p>\n<p>Il peso economico di questa parte industriale italiana \u00e8 ben rappresentato dai dati pubblicati dal Politecnico di Milano:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le PMI italiane sono circa 211mila e contribuiscono al 41% del fatturato nazionale, al 33% degli occupati nel settore privato e al 38% del valore aggiunto del Paese.<\/li>\n<li>In termini di produttivit\u00e0, le PMI italiane si distinguono, generando un valore aggiunto per addetto superiore ai 48mila euro, ben al di sopra della media europea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h2 id=\"stoc-il-potenziale-in-ambito-digitale-che-le-pmi-ancora-non-sfruttano-per-le-strategie-di-marketing\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Il potenziale in ambito digitale che le PMI ancora non sfruttano per le strategie di marketing<\/h2>\n<p>Secondo le statistiche pubblicate dall\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.osservatori.net\/it_it\/pmi-marketing-digital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Osservatorio del Politecnico di Milano<\/a>, sono per\u00f2 percentualmente poche le PMI che hanno sfruttato la leva digitale per incrementare la propria crescita.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poche PMI italiane dispongono di un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/information-technology\/ecommerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eCommerce<\/a> proprietario o di un sito web competitivo con quelli delle grandi imprese, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l&#8217;esperienza utente, la navigabilit\u00e0 mobile e la visibilit\u00e0 sui motori di ricerca.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;80% delle PMI B2C ha un sito web, ma c&#8217;\u00e8 un netto divario rispetto alle grandi imprese nell&#8217;attenzione alla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/digital-transformation\/conosci-l-utente-moderno-crea-valore-reale-con-la-customer-experience\/\">user experience<\/a> e all&#8217;ottimizzazione mobile.<\/li>\n<li>Solo il 10% delle PMI vende online, e questo dato \u00e8 sotto la media europea del 17,5%, con Paesi come Francia, Germania e Spagna che performano meglio.<\/li>\n<li>Il 43% delle PMI non investe in pubblicit\u00e0 online, preferendo metodi tradizionali, mentre il 57% investe in advertising digitale, ma spesso con budget limitati e concentrati sui social e motori di ricerca. Gli investimenti in video pubblicitari e banner sono marginali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Di fronte a questi dati, la domanda da porsi \u00e8 quale strategia digitale pu\u00f2 aumentare ulteriormente il successo del modello produttivo della PMI e quali azioni devono oggi essere messe in pianificazione per spingere ed espandere il business.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]Vediamo dunque una lista di interventi che ogni PMI pu\u00f2 valutare di attuare per fare in modo che anche il digitale generi valore e crescita. Spesso le PMI, soprattutto quelle che operano in settori altamente tecnici o industriali, sono fortemente focalizzate sui messaggi settoriali (es. schede tecniche, video demo\u2026) e non sempre comunicano la loro capacit\u00e0 di risolvere problemi o necessit\u00e0 dei loro clienti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un esempio concreto<\/strong>: Se l\u2019azienda fornisce macchinari per l&#8217;automazione industriale, la value proposition potrebbe focalizzarsi su come questi macchinari migliorano la produttivit\u00e0, riducono i costi operativi e aumentano la sicurezza, piuttosto che concentrarsi esclusivamente sulle specifiche tecniche.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitare che si disperda il valore generato da ogni singola commessa o progetto, \u00e8 fondamentale che l\u2019azienda programmi periodicamente delle sessioni di aggiornamento dei propri contenuti. Esistono molte modalit\u00e0 e strumenti per farlo, come:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/co-design-workshop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>workshop di co-design<\/strong> <\/a>per raccogliere le idee di pi\u00f9 team nello stesso momento;<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/design\/indagine-con-gli-utenti-come-funziona-e-come-puo-migliorare-l-usabilita-di-un-area-clienti\/\">interviste<\/a> o questionari periodici <\/strong>con gli stakeholder interni: l\u2019invio di e-mail e sondaggi aiuta a rilevare progetti, casistiche o contenuti di innovazione che non sempre vengono condivisi in modo strutturato;<\/li>\n<li><strong>raccolte di feedback dai clienti<\/strong>: i clienti rappresentano una importante risorsa per rinnovare il proprio percepito.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
