In queste imprese, a differenza del B2C, l\u2019attivazione dei contatti dipende soprattutto da prodotto, servizio e presenza sul territorio, non solo dalla comunicazione. In Italia l\u2019adozione del CRM \u00e8 ancora poco matura, e mantenere molti contatti inattivi aumenta i costi, peggiora la deliverability e falsifica le analisi delle performance. Per ridurli servono pulizia costante dei database, campagne di riattivazione, automazioni mirate e survey per valutare l\u2019interesse reale dei contatti. Con il termine &#8220;contatti dormienti&#8221; o &#8220;inattivi (dormant contacts o inactive subscribers) ci si riferisce a quegli utenti presenti in un database (come una lista email, un CRM o una rubrica) che non hanno interagito con le comunicazioni aziendali per un periodo di tempo prolungato.<\/p>\n<p>Per interazioni si intendono azioni come ad esempio:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aprire le email<\/li>\n<li>Cliccare sui link contenuti nelle email<\/li>\n<li>Rispondere ai messaggi<\/li>\n<li>Non effettuare accessi al proprio account sul sito<\/li>\n<li>Non effettuare acquisti<\/li>\n<li>Non utilizzare i punti fedelt\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il CRM nel B2C ha caratteristiche molto diverse da quello del B2B. Se nel B2C le iniziative marketing sono spinte fortemente da iniziative di comunicazione e di branding, nel B2B l&#8217;attrattivit\u00e0 e la capacit\u00e0 di generare lead sono direttamente connesse all&#8217;ecosistema di offerta dell&#8217;azienda: il prodotto, il post vendita, la presenza come brand e nel territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Questa differenza \u00e8 fondamentale ed \u00e8 la base di qualunque discussione di qualunque confronto io tengo con all&#8217;interno dei miei progetti con i miei referenti.<br \/>\nNe emerge che la percentuale di contatti realmente attivi all&#8217;interno di un CRM B2B rischia di diventare bassa nel tempo se l&#8217;azienda non continua a restare attiva con iniziative e contenuti. Non a caso, molte aziende B2B si attivano con webinar, fiere, lanci prodotto, open day in azienda. Queste includono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resistenza al cambiamento<\/li>\n<li>Scarsa cultura interna<\/li>\n<li>Debole<em> commitment del management<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Formazione insufficiente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In generale poi ci sono degli aspetti un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 strutturali di piattaforma: poca integrazione e quindi dati incompleti o poco attendibili, freschezza del dato che non sempre la piattaforma riesce a garantire ed infine la UI e UX.<br \/>\nCosa possiamo dunque pensare di fare per ridurre il la percentuale di utenti di contratti che non interagiscono con noi nel b2b?[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h2 id=\"stoc-perche-e-come-intervenire\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Perch\u00e9 e come intervenire<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Intervenire sui contatti dormienti<\/strong> non \u00e8 solo una questione di <em>best practice,<\/em> ma \u00e8 anche un aspetto da considerare perch\u00e9 pu\u00f2 essere dannoso per la piattaforma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I motivi sono i seguenti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>avere troppi contatti di cui pochi sufficientemente interessati pu\u00f2 generare costi eccessivi e quindi innalzare inutilmente i <strong>costi di gestione del CRM<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>la d<strong>eliverability \u00e8 un altro aspetto che pu\u00f2 essere penalizzata<\/strong> se non abbiamo contatti attivi e puliti sulla base delle aperture o di quelli che sono considerati spam indesiderati. \u00c8 importante fare periodicamente un <strong>check ed eliminare i bounced<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>lavorare con liste non aggiornate <strong>sfalsa anche le statistiche<\/strong> <strong>e quindi le reportistiche<\/strong> potrebbero in qualche modo non contare la reale efficacia delle nostre iniziative di marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Per far ripulire le liste dai contatti bounced e fare in modo che i contatti non siano dormi senti ci sono diverse attivit\u00e0 che possono essere fatte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>attivare delle <strong>azioni continuative<\/strong> di manutenzione del database in modo tale da apportare continue <em>liste cleaning o scrubbing;<\/em><\/li>\n<li>prevedere delle <strong>micro campagne e di riattivazione<\/strong> che vadano a verificare in modo mirato se alcuni contatti poco attivi sono realmente interessati o meno;<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;attivazione di un piano editoriale e di workflow dedicato.
