Nello specifico, significa parlare di strategia e processi. Proprio partendo dall&#8217;aspetto strategico, oggi \u00e8 in corso un grande cambiamento nella lettura dei dati CRM, legato all&#8217;arrivo della search generativa, ovvero le ricerche con cui gli utenti cercano e trovano informazioni attraverso strumenti LLM come ChatGPT, Gemini o Perplexity per citare i pi\u00f9 rilevanti, o il recente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/marketing-e-commerce\/google-ai-mode-seo-semantica\/\">AI Mode di Google<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cosa significa questo? Che la demografia dei contatti non avr\u00e0 pi\u00f9 solamente una sorgente Direct, Organica o Social, ovvero una sorgente prevista dalle strategie di una azienda. Il contatto che arriva da una search generativa potr\u00e0 essere supportato maggiormente un servizio online di chatbot e assistenza.
