Il problema principale non \u00e8 la mancanza di competenza, ma la<strong> frammentazione dell&#8217;informazione<\/strong>. Anche quando il ticket contiene un punto di partenza, come un log d\u2019errore o un riferimento tecnico, lo sviluppatore deve comunque farsi carico di un dispendioso lavoro di investigazione manuale per &#8220;unire i puntini&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ricercare manualmente<\/strong> nel codice sorgente i moduli interessati all\u2019errore.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controllare sulla documentazione<\/strong> se quel comportamento \u00e8 un bug o una specifica funzionale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scavare nello storico<\/strong> dei ticket per capire se il problema \u00e8 ricorrente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questa fase di investigazione costituisce la maggiore dispersione di risorse. Analisi del codice sorgente<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;AI effettua una scansione dei repository. Grazie alla comprensione del linguaggio naturale applicata al codice, identifica i file e le funzioni che hanno <strong>maggiori probabilit\u00e0 di causare l&#8217;errore segnalato<\/strong>. Invece di analizzare l&#8217;intero progetto, il dev riceve un puntatore diretto ai file interessati.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-2-verifica-documentale\" class=\"wpig-heading\">2. Verifica documentale<\/h3>\n<p>Il sistema interroga la documentazione aziendale. Se un utente segnala un comportamento anomalo, l&#8217;AI verifica istantaneamente sulla documentazione se tale comportamento \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato riscontrato. Questo permette di distinguere immediatamente tra un <strong>bug tecnico<\/strong> (errore nel codice) e un <strong>misunderstanding funzionale<\/strong> (l&#8217;utente non sa come usare la funzione).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"stoc-3-memoria-storica\" class=\"wpig-heading\">3. Memoria storica<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;intelligenza artificiale confronta la nuova segnalazione con il database dei ticket chiusi. Se un problema simile \u00e8 stato risolto sei mesi prima, l&#8217;AI allega al nuovo ticket il link alla vecchia soluzione,<strong> evitando di &#8220;reinventare la ruota&#8221; ogni volta<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; Qui la variet\u00e0 di sistemi e la mole di segnalazioni rendono impossibile un&#8217;analisi manuale rapida.<\/p>\n<p>Applicando l&#8217;automazione, abbiamo trasformato il flusso rendendolo pi\u00f9 agile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Input<\/strong>: mail o ticket &#8220;grezzo&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Process<\/strong>: l&#8217;AI genera una nota interna con possibili file coinvolti, link alla documentazione pertinente, suggerimento di fix basato sullo storico.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Output<\/strong>: il developer apre il ticket e ha gi\u00e0 tutto il materiale per iniziare lo
