Questa distanza ha inevitabilmente alterato l\u2019<strong>esperienza lavorativa<\/strong>\u00a0come la conoscevamo prima, ma, come esperta HR, sono certa che\u00a0potr\u00e0 essere salvaguardata grazie ad una buona\u00a0<strong>combinazione di comunicazione, ascolto, trasparenza, fiducia e responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-convertire-unazienda-al-totale-smart-working\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Convertire un\u2019azienda al totale smart working<\/h2>\n<p>Da quando il mondo \u00e8 stato stravolto da un evento che finora abbiamo visto solo nei migliori film di fantascienza, mi sono trovata a riflettere sul ruolo che dovrebbe avere\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/digital-transformation\/coronavirus-mette-alla-prova-l-hr-la-digitalizzazione-e-il-vaccino-per-le-imprese\/\">la funzione HR di un&#8217;azienda\u00a0<\/a>in questo contesto.<br \/>\nCome tutti sappiamo, le aziende navigano da alcuni mesi nell\u2019<strong>incertezza e nella complessit\u00e0 provocata da Covid-19<\/strong>\u00a0e dal distanziamento sociale che ne deriva. In tempi brevi, le organizzazioni di ogni settore hanno dovuto prendere le misure e le precauzioni necessarie per la\u00a0<strong>messa in sicurezza dei propri dipendenti<\/strong>, adottando e sperimentando, ove possibile, modalit\u00e0 di lavoro alternative direttamente da casa. Un approccio al\u00a0<strong>lavoro pi\u00f9 fluido<\/strong>, che presuppone un equilibrio costante di\u00a0<strong>fiducia e responsabilit\u00e0 tra azienda e collaboratori<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inetworking.it\/smart-working-attivo-in-pochi-giorni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portare un\u2019intera azienda in smart working<\/a>\u00a0significa\u00a0<strong>credere profondamente nei propri collaboratori<\/strong>, nel fatto che \u201csiamo sulla stessa barca e insieme dobbiamo remare\u201d, e allo stesso tempo significa, da parte dei collaboratori,\u00a0<strong>credere nelle scelte dell\u2019azienda<\/strong>, nel fatto che si prodighi per mettere la salute e l\u2019incolumit\u00e0 delle proprie persone al primo posto.<\/p>\n<p>In questo scenario, la flessibilit\u00e0, la pragmaticit\u00e0 e, perch\u00e9 no, la creativit\u00e0 condizionata, sono gli ingredienti vincenti per far s\u00ec che le\u00a0<strong>attivit\u00e0 lavorative proseguano per i collaboratori nel modo pi\u00f9 lineare possibile<\/strong>, senza grossi scossoni e cercando di metterli da subito a loro agio.<\/p>\n<p>Per le organizzazioni meno preparate con il\u00a0<strong>lavoro da remoto<\/strong>, la conversione immediata e totale allo smart working ha comportato un notevole sforzo organizzativo, evidenziando come la predisposizione di un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/information-technology\/da-intranet-a-digital-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">digital workplace<\/a>\u00a0sia cruciale per favorire la diffusione di modalit\u00e0 di lavoro pi\u00f9 efficaci\u00a0e sostenere:<\/p>\n<p>1. la crescita del\u00a0<strong>business<\/strong>,<br \/>\n2. il benessere dei\u00a0<strong>dipendenti<\/strong>,<br \/>\n3. il valore del\u00a0<strong>brand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di una nuova dimensione lavorativa, alimentata da un insieme di strumenti e servizi innovativi e slegata dal luogo fisico e dalla propria postazione in ufficio,\u00a0che ha l\u2019obiettivo di facilitare il\u00a0<strong>lavoro in mobilit\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/digital-transformation\/digital-employee-experience-migliorare-la-produttivita-del-lavoro-in-modo-smart\/\">favorire la produttivit\u00e0 del lavoro<\/a>\u00a0in modo smart.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-limportanza-di-una-comunicazione-chiara-tempestiva-e-trasparente\" class=\"wpig-heading\">L&#8217;importanza di una comunicazione chiara, tempestiva e trasparente<\/h2>\n<p>Termini come \u201c<strong>comunicazione<\/strong>\u201d e \u201c<strong>condivisione<\/strong>\u201d acquistano un valore sempre pi\u00f9 prezioso.<\/p>\n<p>Nel marasma delle procedure, delle informazioni e dell\u2019incertezza che regnano in questo periodo, \u00e8 buona prassi\u00a0<strong>essere chiari, tempestivi e trasparenti nelle decisioni da comunicare all\u2019intera organizzazione<\/strong>, con aggiornamenti a frequenza regolare e calibrata che consentano alle persone di sapere che la situazione \u00e8 gestita e sotto controllo, senza diffondere ansia o preoccupazione.<\/p>\n<p>Dialogare con i dipendenti in modo aperto, trasparente e coordinato consente di\u00a0<strong>instaurare relazioni solide e di fiducia<\/strong>\u00a0che sviluppano un maggiore senso di appartenenza e di collaborazione da parte di tutta l\u2019organizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>A tale scopo, la presenza di strumenti adeguati, come la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/soluzioni\/intranet-aziendale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intranet aziendale<\/a>, diventa sempre pi\u00f9 centrale in regime di full smart working per comunicare nuove decisioni e diffondere procedure e informazioni utili, che rimangono facilmente accessibili a tutti nel tempo.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-ascoltare-empaticamente-i-dipendenti\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Ascoltare empaticamente i dipendenti<\/h2>\n<p>In un contesto complesso, in cui persiste l\u2019ansia e la preoccupazione per la propria incolumit\u00e0 e quella dei propri cari, le persone pi\u00f9 fortunate, che hanno potuto proseguire il proprio\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/platform\/come-la-intranet-puo-agevolare-lo-smart-working\/\">lavoro in smart working<\/a>\u00a0devono a loro volta far conciliare i problemi e le esigenze familiari con le nuove dinamiche lavorative.<\/p>\n<p>Se la parte pi\u00f9 pragmatica del mio lavoro, legata alle performance e ai risultati aziendali, rimane indispensabile per abilitare il funzionamento delle \u201cRisorse\u201d lavorative, l\u2019aspetto &#8220;Umano\u201d oggi non pu\u00f2 essere trascurato:\u00a0<strong>ascoltare i propri collaboratori e aumentare il senso di vicinanza possono fare la differenza, alimentando il rapporto di fiducia e il benessere delle persone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ho riscoperto l\u2019importanza di un messaggio fine a s\u00e9 stesso, semplicemente per chiedere \u201cTutto bene?\u201d. Chiedere come stanno una persona e la sua famiglia non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 un gesto di abitudine e scontato. Stare vicino alle persone e non perdere occasione per sapere delle condizioni di salute di chi sta male, lasciando una parola di conforto a chi soffre, piuttosto che\u00a0<strong>semplicemente ascoltare<\/strong>, acquista un valore inestimabile.<\/p>\n<p>Parte del mio lavoro di questi mesi ha avuto l\u2019obiettivo di entrare in empatia con le persone,\u00a0<strong>accorciando la distanza fisica<\/strong>, anche solo preferendo una\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/platform\/videoconferenza-aziendale-non-solo-comunicazione-ma-anche-privacy\/\">videocall<\/a>, invece di una chiamata, per guardarsi negli occhi e sorriderci prima di affrontare tematiche lavorative.<\/p>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 quello che rende speciale il mio lavoro e che, con la\u00a0<strong>giusta interpretazione di ruolo<\/strong>, pu\u00f2 fare davvero la differenza.<\/p>\n<p>Quello che ci rester\u00e0 nelle ossa, dopo questo periodo di paura e forte insicurezza sul futuro, saranno l\u2019etica e la delicatezza nel portare avanti le attivit\u00e0 e i progetti\u00a0<strong>senza dimenticarsi che siamo risorse \u201cUmane\u201d<\/strong>. Se le aziende sono in grado di dare questa sicurezza e attenzione, tutta l&#8217;organizzazione sar\u00e0 in grado di comprendere che la situazione contingente \u00e8 una sfida da vincere insieme, ognuno nel proprio campo e con le proprie responsabilit\u00e0, nel profondo rispetto gli uni negli altri,\u00a0<strong>ma
