Ma se da un lato la possibilit\u00e0 di erogare i propri servizi in modalit\u00e0 online senza creare discontinuit\u00e0 nel business rappresenta un\u2019enorme opportunit\u00e0 per le aziende, dall\u2019altro l\u2019esigenza di ricreare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digital4.biz\/marketing\/big-data-e-analytics\/customer-experience-cos-e-perche-e-strategica-per-le-aziende-e-quali-sono-le-tecnologie-per\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">una customer experience soddisfacente<\/a>, coinvolgente e sicura sul web si raffigura come una delle sfide pi\u00f9 ardue.
