Quanto valore ha questo tipo di servizio oggi sul mercato?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Il digital self-service sta diventando un fattore differenziante ad alto potenziale: scopriamo insieme perch\u00e9 e quali tecnologie sfruttare per offrire un\u2019esperienza avanzata e personalizzata agli utenti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-rispondere-in-velocita-ai-bisogni-dei-clienti-con-soluzioni-self-service\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Rispondere in velocit\u00e0 ai bisogni dei clienti con soluzioni self-service<\/h2>\n<p>Liferay definisce il <strong>digital self-service<\/strong> in meno di 230 caratteri come:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTermine generale per indicare tutte le tattiche utilizzate al servizio del cliente che consentono agli utenti di risolvere autonomamente i problemi o di rispondere alle domande attraverso i canali digitali (pensate ai chatbot e alle FAQ ad esempio).\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Offrire agli utenti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intesys.it\/journal\/digital-transformation\/servizi-self-service-di-qualita-per-aumentare-la-soddisfazione-del-cliente-e-assicurarsi-un-vantaggio-competitivo\/\">servizi self-service<\/a> digitali \u00e8 una tendenza diffusa da molte aziende innovative di qualsiasi settore, ma nel <strong>contesto pandemico<\/strong> di distanziamento sociale questo fenomeno ha assunto una forte accelerazione per reinventare le modalit\u00e0 di interazione azienda-utenti e rendere i consumatori pi\u00f9 autonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Nel contesto attuale, la capacit\u00e0 di un\u2019azienda di fornire supporto online agli utenti diventa una leva di differenziazione cruciale sul mercato che consente di:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Aumentare la soddisfazione<\/strong> dei clienti;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ridurre i costi<\/strong> delle aziende.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Se la crescente esigenza di autonomia da parte dei clienti \u00e8 stata amplificata dalla pandemia, questo trend trova le proprie radici in una necessit\u00e0 ormai consolidata, ossia <strong>risolvere i propri problemi e ottenere risposte <em>velocemente<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Secondo uno <a href=\"https:\/\/cmocouncil.org\/thought-leadership\/reports\/the-customer-in-context\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studio del CMO council<\/a>, per il <strong>75% dei consumatori<\/strong> la caratteristica pi\u00f9 importante nella Customer Experience \u00e8 la <strong>velocit\u00e0 di risposta<\/strong> da parte dell\u2019azienda.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Seguono al secondo posto la coerenza tra i canali utilizzati dal brand (55%) e al terzo la competenza da parte dello staff (52%): lo stacco di 20 punti percentuali tra la prima e la seconda voce \u00e8 decisamente netto.<\/p>\n<p>Fornire ai propri clienti degli strumenti digitali di self-service utili ed efficienti permette di dare loro la velocit\u00e0 che richiedono, migliorando la loro <strong>relazione con il brand<\/strong> e la <strong>Customer Retention<\/strong> nel corso del tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Dall\u2019altra parte, le aziende riescono a <strong>ottimizzare i costi di Customer Service<\/strong>: se gi\u00e0 nel 2010 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oracle.com\/us\/corporate\/analystreports\/enterprise-application\/forrester-tei-atg-359304.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forrester<\/a> stimava che il <strong>web self-service<\/strong> poteva ridurre i costi di 11 dollari per chiamata, ora il valore di questi investimenti \u00e8 destinato ad aumentare sempre di pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stoc-digital-self-service-un-mercato-in-rapida-espansione\" class=\"wpig-heading\">Digital self-service, un mercato in rapida espansione<\/h2>\n<p>La crescita dei servizi self-service a cui stiamo assistendo \u00e8 solo l\u2019inizio di un profondo cambiamento in atto. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2019-05-28-gartner-says-the-future-of-self-service-is-customer-l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Secondo Gartner<\/a>, infatti, entro il 2022 l\u201985% delle interazioni con il servizio clienti inizier\u00e0 con modalit\u00e0 self-service.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Si stima che il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mordorintelligence.com\/industry-reports\/self-service-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mercato globale del self-service<\/a> raggiunger\u00e0 <strong>nel 2026 un valore di 68,01 miliardi<\/strong> di dollari US con un tasso di CAGR (Compund Annual Growth Rate) del 16,43% tra il 2021 e il 2026.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Il pensiero di mettersi come prima scelta in coda a uno sportello fisico o di attendere mezz\u2019ora al telefono per poter parlare con un operatore \u00e8 ormai anacronistico: oggi il <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/stevenvanbelleghem\/the-self-serving-economy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">40% dei consumatori<\/a> dichiara di preferire il self-service al contatto umano, e le aziende sono chiamate ad evolvere le proprie tecnologie di pari passo.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
