Cosa rende per\u00f2 questa analisi un mezzo valido per costruire e coltivare un ambiente di lavoro sano e stimolante?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La prima cosa che dobbiamo chiarire \u00e8: cos\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019analisi del clima aziendale?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di tenere sotto controllo\u00a0<strong>lo stato e le variazioni del proprio ambiente di lavoro<\/strong>\u00a0nel corso del tempo, a maggior ragione nello scenario (sia lavorativo che personale) in cui ci troviamo da quando la pandemia ha stravolto le nostre vite.<\/p>\n<p>Per capire meglio per\u00f2 cosa rende questo strumento valido e utile per la crescita dell\u2019azienda, vediamo insieme\u00a0<strong>cinque capisaldi per un\u2019analisi del clima efficace<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;full_width_background&#8221; Paragonare i dati dei diversi periodi di survey<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Una survey valida si fonda su\u00a0<strong>termini precisi di paragone<\/strong>, che permettono di confrontarla rispetto a survey precedenti: questo \u00e8 fondamentale non solo per misurare le variazioni nel tempo, ma anche per identificare con chiarezza i\u00a0<strong>punti di forza<\/strong>\u00a0e le\u00a0<strong>aree di miglioramento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u2019azienda che si impegna in survey periodiche pone le giuste basi per un\u00a0<strong>miglioramento costante<\/strong>\u00a0della propria realt\u00e0 lavorativa e mostra il proprio interesse verso il percepito di collaboratori e dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1618307706644\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>2. Confrontare dei dati con il proprio mercato di riferimento<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Un vantaggio spesso sottovalutato \u2014 ma che ritengo sia invece fondamentale e imprescindibile \u2014 \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di confrontare i propri trend e risultati con quelli del\u00a0<strong>mercato di riferimento<\/strong>\u00a0e nello specifico di aziende della stessa \u201ctaglia\u201d.
